Membership and Billing
Will I be charged for the free trial? Toggle
No. We don't collect payment details for free trials. If you don't upgrade, you'll automatically return to the Free tier.
How do I upgrade or change my subscription? Toggle
Select a monthly or annual plan on the Subscription page. Monthly plans bill monthly and annual plans bill a substantially discounted rate yearly. Upgrades take effect immediately and any unused chats or meditations on your current plan are forfeited.
How do I cancel my subscription? Toggle
On the Subscription page, switch to the Free tier. Your current plan, including remaining chats and meditations, stays active until the end of the billing period, then automatically downgrades.
What happens if I run out of chats or upgrades? Toggle
Once a feature's allowance is exhausted, you can't use that feature until your membership renews at the next billing period. All other features remain available. To get more, upgrade to a higher tier.
How do I update my payment method? Toggle
On the Subscription page, below the list of available tiers, select “Manage My Subscription” to update your payment method. Existing charges aren't refundable or transferable.
Getting Started and Meditations
Is there a mobile app? Toggle
Currently, we only have a web application as we continue to develop the core product and native iOS and Android apps. In the meantime, you can add our website to your home screen in just 2 clicks, and it will work exactly like a native app. For detailed instructions, see this guide.
How do I request a meditation? Toggle
Use the “New Meditation” tab to type in the chat box or select a personalized recommendation, and describe your needs or desired length. Each request uses 2 Custom Mediations from your allowance. The more detail you provide, the better the meditation.
What is the difference between a standard Custom Meditation and a Long Meditation? Toggle
Standard sessions run 2–9 minutes. Choosing “Long” creates a 10–20 minute meditation and uses 2 Custom Meditations and 2 Long Meditation Upgrades from your allowance.
Can I listen to meditations offline? Toggle
Yes. Offline listening is available on paid plans. While online, tap the download arrow in the player or chat view. The file will then be available from your device's files for offline listening.
Personalization and Account Settings
How do I change or remove my name from being used in meditations? Toggle
In the Account tab, tap the pencil icon next to your name to edit it. To stop using your name in meditations, switch off “Use name in meditation.” The chat interface may still display it.
How do I change my experience level? Toggle
Under Account, choose beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Higher levels include longer pauses and deeper guidance while staying tailored to your goals.
How do I manage my Milestones? Toggle
In the Progress tab, under Achievements, remove a milestone by clicking the 'x'. View past milestones with the calendar icon. Note: milestones only track activity completed after creation.
Privacy and Support
How is my data used? Toggle
We never sell your data. Your inputs only personalize your experience and aren't used to train our AI. For details, see our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
How do I reset my password? Toggle
Log out, then choose “Log In” and select “Forgot your password?” Follow the reset link sent to your email (check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive).
